This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this loft and it was perfect as always. It is super convenient to concert venues, easy to check in, and the owner is amazing with communication. We will always try to book this place when in Birmingham.

Most well-stocked vacation rental I've ever stayed in.

The owners have made this a great space for a downtown Birmingham stay. It's clean, attractive and has everything you need. The loft is also central to some wonderful eating and drinking establishments.

Cool Loft!

Very nice, well decorated industrial loft. Quiet building. Perfect location to walk to all restaurants and bars on first and second avenue north. Would stay again for sure!

Great spot to stay. Clean, bright, has all the special little touches. Convenient to Sloss Furnaces. No elevator tho, but we survived just fine. We will look to book here again.

We loved the apartment and felt very comfortable during our stay. The place is so clean, cozy and beautiful! The host went above and beyond in furnishings. Great location…we walked to June for morning coffee, Frothy Monkey for brunch, and Cayo Coco for dinner and drinks! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a weekend in Birmingham

All of the little details really add up to make this loft perfect! The full kitchen had tea and coffee; the bathroom had spare toothbrushes/toothpaste and plenty of shampoo and soap; the bed is huge and soft; the giant windows are lovely and the blackout curtains really work; the decor was well thought-out and so cute. So great and close to everything.

Amazing Loft

Very cool historic Building. The loft unit is very cool. Great job on the renovation. It looks even better in person. The street it’s on is particularly close to some of Bham’s best restaurants, bars, etc. Would strongly recommend this property. Exceeded my expectations.

Wow, wow, wow!

They thought of everything. This is how Vrbo experiences should be. Highly recommend. No expense spared on comfort and convenience. We have zero complaints. It was perfect. Probably our favorite vrbo stay to date, simply because you can tell that the host seems to truly want our stay to be amazing. And it was!

Great Stay

We were in town for a show at Legacy Arena and decided on this property and so glad that we did. It was just as advertised, if not better. Loved the location, walking distance to a couple of restaurants, a delicious bakery, and gelato. We even walked back from Legacy after the show. A decent walk but certainly doable. Beware if you don't like stairs, it is one the third floor, but this may be the only drawback. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in Birmingham.

Awesome property. I was a little concerned that it was so close to the railroad tracks, but it faces away and had multiple cement walls between. Also has a sound machine. Being a vaulted studio, thermostat did struggle to get to and stay at 70°. We knew this ahead of time looking at the pictures and took robes with us and we’re happy that we did. incredible location with respect to walking to multiple great restaurants.

Beautiful Loft!

My daughter and I stayed 1 night here for a concert we attended at Legacy Arena. I cannot express how beautiful this place is and had everything we needed. It was only an 8 minute drive to the Arena. My only regret is not booking a 2-night stay. We will definitely be back if ever in the area again.
