- Please DO NOT drive, use as a turnaround, or park vehicles in backyard. Grass is soft and you will get stuck requiring a tow service.
- Street parking is also available. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood.
- We are not responsible for vehicles parked on public streets or personal items left in vehicles.
- The detached garage is available upon requests for guests requiring additional storage (e.g. 4-6 motorcycles) for an additional $50 fee.

A cozy clean place
The outside is simple but the inside is so warm and welcoming. It was clean and comfortable with a perfect lay out. I highly reccomend this cute place if you are visiting the area.

I enjoyed my stay. Renovations make the inside a must see. Don’t judge the book by its cover. As we got closer to the home, the appearance of the neighborhood swayed my wife and son. Before we could look at the inside, she decided to stay at the hotel that my sons baseball team was staying in. I grew up on the other side of town (West End), so I was not disturbed by the appearance of the surrounding area. After getting them checked in, I went back to the home and was pleasantly surprised. The house was neat, clean and stocked with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near everything I needed. Definitely recommend staying here.

The house was the perfect size for our family of 4. All of the appliances worked well. Driveway was tough for one of our cars to get in and out of.
