Please note that the car park entrance is 1.90 m high × 2.60 m wide. Internal clearance varies from 1.99 m to 2.06 m, with some areas reduced to approximately 1.95 m due to ceiling conduit.

Suitable examples: Volkswagen Golf, Ford Focus, Toyota Corolla, Audi A3, BMW 1 Series and similar standard-height cars.

Not suitable: Land Rover Defender/Discovery, Range Rover, Mercedes G-Class, Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, Volkswagen Crafter and other large or high-roof vehicles.

Vehicles with roof boxes or roof racks may also exceed the 1.90 m entrance height.

Please check your vehicle's exact height before arrival to ensure it is suitable for the car park.

A flat £10 fee will be charged to cover postage, packaging, and handling time for returning lost items.

All arrangements and charges will be handled through Airbnb in accordance with platform policy.

For larger or high-value items requiring special delivery, additional postage costs may apply.

Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.
