Recently refurbed this 4 bed house is spacious, cosy & modern with many essential amenities, in an ideal location with close links to Birmingham city centre and Solihull.
It has 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, an en suite, downstairs toilet, a large kitchen, utility, dining room/study, living room and garden space. The house is family friendly and also perfect for professionals/contractors or a group of friends. The spacious living room has a smart TV, coffee table, sofa and armchair. A selection of children’s books/colouring/toys and adult puzzle books/games are provided. It leads into a dining room which includes a great little designated desk area ideal for those that need to work or study from home. The dining room leads into the utility equipped with washing machine, sink, tumble dryer and a beer fridge. It also leads into a large modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and all the essential appliances, utensils and cutlery you would need. There is also a downstairs toilet.

Upstairs; there are 4 cosy decorated and generous sized bedrooms and a bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, plenty of hanging space for clothes and also an en suite with walk in shower, toilet & basin.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (can be a double), bedside tables with lamps and hanging space for clothes.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed, beside table with lamp, mirror and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 4 has a space saving pocket door which features a double bed with bedside tables, lamps, plenty of hanging space for clothes and a dressing table and chair.
Off the landing is a contemporary and spacious family sized bathroom with toilet, sink, free standing bath and a walk in shower.
