The Space:

You're booking three separate apartments in the same building, each with its own entrance via lockbox. Your group will be spread across three floors — no one shares a wall or a bathroom.



Every apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, hairdryer, luxury bathroom amenities, and its own freestanding bathtub plus walk-in shower.



The building is accessed via a front entry code, and each apartment has its own lockbox for flexible self check-in from 3pm. Checkout is by 11am.



There is no lift — apartments are on the first and second floors via stairs. Street parking is available outside on a pay-and-display basis, and there's a car park next to Jewellery Quarter station just around the corner.



Exterior security cameras are on the property. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are fitted in every apartment.



Guest Access:

The building entrance is automated via a front entry code — no waiting around for keys. Each apartment has its own individual lockbox on the door, so every guest can come and go independently.



The apartments are on the first and second floors, accessed via stairs only — there is no lift. Please bear this in mind if you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage.



Street parking is available directly outside the building on a pay-and-display basis. There is also a car park just around the corner next to Jewellery Quarter station. The Metro stop itself is a 3-minute walk, with the city centre just one stop away.
