Nice hotel. Some parts of the room were dated. There was a strange sewage smell from the bathroom as soon as we entered the room and it stayed with us during our stay. Other than that, the hotel and room were nice.

Very good hotel, the room was very clean and there was plenty of space for everything. We even stayed and had a meal in the Recess restaurant which was excellent.

Novotel Birmingham Centre
Room was ok, tv remote wasn’t fully working but that was no major issues and there were some marks on the bedding even though it was clean. Decor could do with a refresh and the room was very warm but a comfortable stay
