"We chose this property due to its proximity to relatives. It is quite far from Naples, however there is a Publix, Dunkin, Fast Food close by. The price for our stay was a bargain, compared to other Naples properties. If you are looking for value then I would be prepared for the following: The house itself was nice and clean, however it had an odd sour smell. The water had a Sulphur smell so we were unable to drink and had to purchase cases of water for drinking and brushing our teeth. Showering was OK. This property is close to a canal, we had a few nightly visitors (cockroaches). I understand this is typical for FL but usually hosts can have a spray service. Our septic backed up on the 2nd day but Ruth was very nice and attentive and promptly fixed the issue and cleaned the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and amentities were newer. "

"Michael was very responsive with any inquiries. The home was just as shown in the posting. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking equipment and place settlings. If you cook a lot food storage containers would be helpful.It is a quick and easy 6 minute walk to the spacious community pool and recreation area. We didn’t use any of the recreation facilities other than the pool, but the pickleball courts were busy at select times. Bocce ball courts and equipment are available."
