Gather and bag up all the trash. Clean up any big spills or messes. Put everything back in it's original place. The dumpster is located on the west side of the property.
Do not strip down the beds. Leave them just as they are when you got out of bed.

We ask that you keep the noise down from the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a quiet part of town with family homes and apartments.
I do reserve the right to ask for proof of a Government ID prior to accepting the booking or your check-in/arrival day.

The home was very welcoming as well as very clean. There was one misunderstanding we thought there was laundry meaning a washer and dryer on the premises, but there was not one for the tenants to use. Also, it would’ve been nice to have a dining room table to sit around to have our meals together. Other than that, the bedrooms for very nice as well as the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay, and the town we stayed in was very nice.

A like new place that is nicely furnished. Everything is provided and information was very clear and well communicated. Excellent location just to block from downtown businesses. Many places say they have trailer parking but this place really delivers with a lot of parking and a drive-thru driveway.
