"The owner was was very kind, friendly, and accommodating and had a cute gift shop. She also made a wonderful breakfast that started out with a baked apple! The yard and house were decorated very nicely for the holidays, complete with music to add to the ambiance. The room had everything we needed and included an amazing copper bath tub that was wonderful to soak in. Overall it was a great place to sleep and relax with much more character than a hotel room could ever have. "

The kids enjoyed fishing, swimming, and kayaking in Lake Chetac. Very comfortable beds and spacious layout. Good all-around vacation spot that reminded me of my childhood trips up north."

There's also a little tiki bar with live music on weekends you can see from the deck. Spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Very clean. Upstairs area was warm (July) and the A/C units and many fans help, but the upstairs bedroom was difficult to cool down. Only other gripe would be the lack of some sort of shade on the patio.
