"We were in town for a hiking event at Fall Creek Falls State Park, about 30 minutes away. We found this house to be very comfortable with recent updates, lots of space, and everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood with some family restaurants close by. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and very easy check in. We enjoyed our short stay in Pikeville! "

"Absolutely loved this place. Located in an amazing area. Quiet and peaceful. The owners were always so quick to respond and helpful with any questions. Everything was very clean and super comfortable. They have it well stocked with your essentials. We travel quite a bit and this place exceeds all expectations. It will definitely be our go to for that area. "

"Everything was very clean and up to date.Boat dock for the boat,plenty of parking,everything you need for a grill out.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking.Georgious setting on the water with a relaxing view of the lake.Boat ramp was nearby."
