In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der kurze Weg zum Strand und zur Promenade aber die dennoch sehr ruhige Atmosphäre hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Schöne Fewo in toller Lage
Ich war für eine Woche mit meiner Mutter in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem die Lage, die Helligkeit der Wohnung und der Lift im Haus. Die Ausstattung war völlig ausreichend. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Binz.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Ich möchte mich all den positiven Bewertungen zu dieser Wohnung gern anschließen. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Garage ist wirklich ein kleines Abenteuer, aber mit etwas Mut geht's schon :-). Ein großes Kompliment an die Reinigung/Verwaltung der Wohnung. Alles war blitzsauber und ein kleines technisches Problem wurde in kürzester Zeit behoben. Das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Dankeschön und alles Gute im neuen Jahr.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt! Sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Strandabgang direkt vor der Tür. Nicht zu verachten ist auch das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Kein absolut überteuerter und unverhältnismäßiger Preis. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung in bester Lage
Wir sind absolut zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eigerichtet und direkt am Strand. Vor allem die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet. Sauber, alles funktioniert wie es soll und die Lage ist natürlich großartig, direkt an der wunderschönen Promenade und in Nähe zur Seebrücke. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, passt aber wieder zum still der Villa. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich. Leider gibt es bei der Sauberkeit ein Stern Abzug , da der Saunabereich nicht wirklich sauber war. Abfluss verstopft, eine Liege defekt und sandiger Boden. Zudem hat man von einer Reservierungsliste ablesen können, das die letzte offizielle Reinigung vom Hausmeisterservice vier Wochen her war.

Erholung pur!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Direkt am Strand...In der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man zum wohlfühlen braucht. Die Garagenbox in der Ferienwohnung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Bei einem etwas größeren Auto muss man ziemlich circulieren beim Rein- und Rausfahren. Das einzige was anzumerken ist zur Wohnung: ein Schuhlöffel/Schuhanzieher wäre eine gute Ergänzung :) Das Essen im Restaurant "Weltenbummler" war der Hit. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Ambiente sehr besonders. Trotz des gemischtem Wetters hatten wir Glück, bei Sonnenschein am Königsstuhl zu sein. Der Nordstrand bei Wittow hat uns sehr beeindruckt.

Das Gebäude, eine klassische Bädervilla, ist traumhaft schön. In direkter Nähe der See. Raus aus der Tür und in 15 Sekunden am Wasser. Einfach traumhaft. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Gerne wieder. Backofen und Bett etwas in die Jahre gekommen, könnte erneuert werden (Bett quietscht und Backofentür war einen Spalt offen vermutlich in die Jahre gekommen)
