9 Feb 2019Rich environmental and historic assets - let down heavily, by clumsy management deficits: staff training, menu, bar, decor, cleanliness. Except for 1 sign, seen on 1 walk, Binna Burra entirely (bizarrely) ignores all of rich Indigenous heritage. :-0
