Check in was excellent. Room was abit dirty- dusty- window sills above bed and in bathroom. Grouting in shower had some mould. Tiles around pool edge needed a clean.

Room was very clean and tidy, staff were amazing and the pool/spa was perfect for a relaxing stay. Location was easy and convenient to the shops/ restaurants and tram.

Rooms were clean and had everything you need. The location was the best and there was parking too. Being in a cul de sac was also really good

You can take time to visit Gold Coast Great Walk during your travels to Binna Burra. Amble around the area's rainforests or visit its spas.

Rich environmental and historic assets - let down heavily, by clumsy management deficits: staff training, menu, bar, decor, cleanliness. Except for 1 sign, seen on 1 walk, Binna Burra entirely (bizarrely) ignores all of rich Indigenous heritage. :-0
