On arrival to the property we were provided with incorrect direction to the house. The bunk beds did not have ladders to access the top bunk - which caused an issue and we could not use. One of the bathrooms shower leaked all over the floor. The sofa bed was filthy and did not have a mattress on it so could not be used. Due to not being able to use all of the beds listed, we had to have some people sleeping on the floor. The outdoor fire area was not as described. Not enough cutlery and cups to accommodate the number of people staying. Fire lighter was empty and could not be used, but the property own did provide us with a lighter to use for the stay. The oven was filthy and had trays in it that had food on them. The entire place was dirty.The location and view of the property was beautiful.
