You will absolutely fall in love with this luxurious resort style 3 bedroomed stylish modern house (King and Queen Beds with wardrobes in all) set on 3 acres. The property has large timber decks and glass sliding doors to enjoy the breath-taking ocean views overlooking Bingie Point.
Two well designed tiled bathrooms and separate toilet located in laundry. The laundry is equipped with washing machine, dryer and plenty of storage in large cupboards with door leading out to garden area. Off the kitchen is an undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, bar fridge and cane couches to relax in while enjoying the rose garden and native bushland views.

The house is fully furnished with all modern stainless steel appliances, gas cooktops and all linen is supplied.
Close by towns are beautiful Tuross Head (Pristine ocean & lakes) 10 min drive, Tuross Head has the best cafe right on the water called Tuross Head Boat Shed with great food and you can hire a boat for fishing or just taking in the peaceful water surroundings. Next town is Bodalla a town with a lot of diary history. Bodalla local pub looks out to mountaintops and has an undercover entertaining area. Our South Cost region has many local breweries and wineries to explore.
10 Minutes drive is our local Moruya township. Moruya has main shops, pubs, cafes & restaurants, Saturday morning markets between 7am -1pm every Saturday with all local produce and artisan stall holders to chat with. If you want to try something different on your holiday there are seaplane joy flights to charter at the markets.
30 minutes drive is a town called Bateman's Bay. This town is a very charming coastal town with much to offer everyone. On the 1st and 3rd of every month Bateman's Bay has their regular markets which are very popular. Just outside of Bateman's Bay township is the well known Mogo Zoo it is no doubt a fun experience for all. You even get the opportunity to be a Zookeeper for the day or just a few hours.
A popular fishing town is located 30 minutes away further South called Narooma. This town is so exquisite and picturesque, you might even be lucky to see our usual seals close up laying on the warm rocks to take some pictures. Scenic boardwalk with panoramic views to explore.
Narooma has blue & green ocean waters to stunning water inlets, you will be impressed and worth the drive. Slightly further down the road is the famous Tilba winery well known for amazing food, music and mountain views.
Top spot for whale watching in whale season only. Plenty of fishing charter boats to hire as well. Narooma has a popular Golf course on the hill with a club overlooking breath taking ocean views.
The Bingie region has several very quiet and secluded beaches.
There is Bingie beach, Grey rocks beach, Mullimburra Point beach and beautiful Meringo beach just to the north. One of the most favourite walks is the Bingie Dreaming Track just down the road well within walking distance from the residence. Bingie Dreaming Track has Indigenous cultural history which you will find very inspiring and invigorating when you complete the walk.
The track stretches from Congo in the North to Tuross Head in the South. You will pass ancient shell middens left behind from the Yuin people. Walk time is approximately 13km one way offering a variety of coastal habitat and birdlife species to view. The environment has a vast amount of forests and lakeshores.
Our scenic and pristine beaches are perfect to enjoy picnics, bush walking, fishing off the beach or rocks, surfing, swimming and local wildlife.
When visiting the country town of Moruya why not also explore the rugged mountain ranges that offer great 4 Wheel driving and freshwater rivers and streams.
There are direct flights from Sydney to Moruya airport 45 min flight with 15 min drive to Bingie and 2.5 hrs drive from Canberra or 4.5 hrs drive from Sydney.
