"Overall okay but not good value for money. The room was okay. Good to have a kitchen and washer. Amenity is good with Westfield close by.
However the property was poorly maintained. There was almost no housekeeping. They said you can only have housekeeping on every fourth day. Rubbish was out there for two days without being collected. Room was very noisy. There was a constant squeeking noise from the lifts. The lifts are very loud and shaking and need service. The TV screen kept flashing and cannot connect. The air con broke on the last night. It kept resetting itself without being able to control temperature. Wifi was very poor and keeps disconnecting. There is literally no facility in this hotel. No gym or swimming pool. Very boring. Buffet breakfast is expensive. The cafe isn't worth the money. "

"It was unclear until we checked in that there wasn't a hotel restaurant but that it was a shared venue. At check-in we didn't receive any help with our luggage despite me being a solo mother with a young child. We repeatedly only received one face washer in the bathroom. I asked for an additional one on the second day but when the rooms were cleaned on the third day again we received only one face washer. No idea why!"

"The room was not clean, the linen was smelly, the staff was not helpful. We booked accommodation for 4 people for 3 nights, I went to reception and told them the linen was smelly, the staff gave me new linen and told me to change it. Everyday we have to ask reception for toilet paper. It is first time staying at Forest Hotel and Apartment and last time too. Will nerves come back here. Would not recommend for anybody to stay here."
