Airport Hotel, Billund

"Ideal for an overnight stay before you fly out from Billund Airport. It serves its purpose. Helpful staff upon our arrival room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is currently having some building work carried out to add additional rooms. This meant we had to navigate our way to the back of the hotel and temporary reception. We were not informed of this before our arrival which would have been helpful."
The Lodge Billund

"Nice hotel. Rooms are OK, but pictures and description are deceiving. We thought that it would be more like a true lodge setting but the main building is a typical hotel. We asked for a garment view and got to see a tree. If you want a true lodge type experience you need to book a room with garden access. Breakfast is good. Free parking. You can walked to Legoland. Nice walking path next to the hotel. Still it's a nice quiet area to stay in."

"A very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Vejle. Very comfortable bed, clean room and helpful staff. Lots of choice from the breakfast buffet. Wonderful view overlooking Vejle Fjord."

"The hotel was lovely, very quaint and cozy. Staff were friendly from check in to breakfast and drinks on the patio. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it had variety of cold and hot, and is the same each morning. Staff were constantly refreshing the buffet, so that was nice. We had a quadruple room, which was a bit tight for the 4 of us but ok for a couple of nights. Our room was a little worn as well. There was a fan though for the warmer days."

"The food let's the hotel down. The dinner was expensive but the food was awful. The crispy chicken was inedible and the chicken nuggets could break a window they were so over cooked. All the lego displays are fantastic including King Rat in the bathroom."

"Really loved our stay. Cosy. Not particularly well equipped but I knew that in advance, and they didn't need to be. Comfy beds. Shower was fine. Very responsive boiler provided very hot water very quickly. Loved the playgrounds dotted around felt very safe. Excellent convenient spot for walking to Legoland, Lalandia, and Lego House along the short easy sculpture trail."
