10/10 Excellent

"The cabin we stayed in was clean and well appointed with all amenities we needed, everything was in working order. The staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful, especially in the service centre, we arrived from our flight before the check in time but we were able to check in without too long a wait. There was a good choice of restaurants and a well stocked supermarket on site so we were able to have a mix of meals out and also in our holiday home The Aquadome was great fun, with a good variety of slides and the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. There’s a charge at the end of the stay for electricity and water I felt it was a reasonable price. There’s a really useful free shuttle bus that runs throughout the day from the airport to various points in Billund including Lalandia. This was very handy to get to and from the airport. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"The room and the hotel itself, including the staff, have been absolutely fantastic. The decor throughout the common areas is incredibly stylish, offering a high-end feel and a relaxing atmosphere. We were greeted by lush plants beautifully arranged behind the bed, framing the entire living area with a calming, jungle-like vibe. Romms where large. An earthy-toned drape can be used to cover the TV if you prefer, and absolutely everything feels meticulously thought out, right down to the charging lids integrated into the bed frames, which provide several charging options. Very good hotel!"

"Really loved our stay. Cosy. Not particularly well equipped but I knew that in advance, and they didn't need to be. Comfy beds. Shower was fine. Very responsive boiler provided very hot water very quickly. Loved the playgrounds dotted around felt very safe. Excellent convenient spot for walking to Legoland, Lalandia, and Lego House along the short easy sculpture trail."

"The hotel is not far from the airport and very close to Legoland. My room was very spacious and clean and had all the usual amenities like a kettle, iron and ironing board etc. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with a varied selection of cereals, bread, coffee, juices etc. It has very limited vegetarian options."
