Nice Room.
The room was very nice. I liked the mechanical shades. It made the room very dark in the morning, and we were able to sleep in. It had a nice sized kitchen, and the TV was big. The walk-in shower had a shower head and a handheld shower.

Reservation was for 2 queens, and we got one king. Tried to change rooms, and Hotel wouldn’t work with us and gave no compensation

The staff, facilities, breakfast and our room were all amazing. We have never stayed at a Home2Suites before but we will definitely look for these in future vacations. The room was huge with a ton of counter space. They have a fenced in area in back for dogs - it's a bit difficult to get to but it was an added bonus we didn't know about when we booked. Our only issue was the neighborhood... and maybe Billings in general. There are a lot of homeless people around the vicinity of the hotel at all times of the day and night that make it difficult to go for a short walk anywhere around the hotel. We had to take our dog outside at 2:30 in the morning and there was still a lot of activity outside the hotel at that time and a car slowed down to almost a stop near us while it was driving by. They do have a security guard there at all times so that helped but it was still a little scary. We probably won't be staying in Billings again; however, if you do need to stay in Billings we highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the space, easy for a family of five to stay. The location was not great but at least they had someone walking the property to make sure nothing was going on.

We arrived after midnight and the young man at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We didn’t realize that there was a shuttle to the airport that would allow us to park our car at the hotel instead of long-term parking. We had an early morning flight so saved us time and let us sleep a bit longer. The beds were comfy after a white-knuckle drive through a blizzard. Room was clean.

Our family had to stay in the Billings MT. Home2 suites, and it was amazing. The customer service was excellent and very accommodating. The complementary breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel. We will most definitely stay here again when we stay in billings.
