"Arrived and the first room we had hadn’t been cleaned - they managed to find us another room but that one was also a bit dingy around the edges. It’s a basic hotel option, right by the white water course (Teeside). Breakfast at the restaurant next door was great. Appreciated the easy and free parking availability."

"We had a lovely stay, our family room was a little less fancy than the rwat of the hotel but thats fine, the food was lovely and so were the staff.
The pool was nice, the area needs a little bit of a refresh and the spa was out of order but overall we had a loveky stay and will be back. "

"This hotel is located right beside Teesside Barrage so a lovely area. The staff at this orooerty are so nice and very friendly. The Talpor restaurant and bar right beside the hotel is excellent. The wait and bar staff are so friendly The food is excellent in this restaurant. We will definitely return on our next visit to the UK. We stayed Fiordland three nights the hotel was busy but the guests were considerate and quiet"

"Comfortable and convenient for visiting family nearby. It is compact so more suitable to single occupant than a couple but we managed okay as we only really were there to sleep. Very efficient double glazing removed almost all the road noise. Very comfortable bed. The instant boiling water tap is a good addition to save space of needing a kettle (although it took a while to work out that's what it was). Issue with some water leaking in the bathroom, owner was responsive when we reported it. Would stay again."
