"Everything was simply perfect and the coffee, tea, snacks and breakfast were delicious and plenty. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Lovely and extremely helpful and attentive staff."

"We had an amazing stay at Silks Taroko. Staff was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a good visit. They helped organize two vans to give us a tour of the area with one english speaking tour guide, Victor. It was an amazing, thoughtfully paced tour that the guide provided us with. "Great property, friendly owner, snacks provided in room, breakfast was good, close walk to beach, lots of turtles in the pond"

"They gave me the wrong door code for my room; if I hadn't met someone from the same room, I could have been stranded. The lockers don't work. If you turned the actual face of the code part, it would open the door; you didn't need a code. No night lights for navigation, so the room light was on all night. No towels clearly made available - had to grab one from the front desk. No clear place to return them or the slippers. Had to ask someone where to find the slippers in the first place. The...
