Buena opción en Bilbao

En general un buen sitio para hospedarse en Bilbao. La zona es tranquila pero muy bien comunicada con el centro, estadio San Mamés y otras calles turísticas. Limpio y con lo necesario. Repetiría.

Muy decepcionante. No ir.

Por comentar, según llegas te recibe, como si le molestase que fueses a hospedarte. Te saca un mapa de Bilbao te dice dónde está el hotel y un par de sitios turísticos y de repente... comentario clasista y racista con determinado barrio. Le preguntas por las zonas de solarium y la piscina y se ríe de ti en tu cara diciéndote que la piscina es la ría. Recomendaría a hoteles.com que quitasen lo de la piscina, porque NO TIENE PISCINA. En la habitación no funcionaba el fluorescente. Vacaciones a media luz. Para descansar... Lo mejor el servicio despertador que te dan las grúas, furgonetas, obras por todos lados, ruido de radial desde las 7 de la mañana... Está en un polígono industrial rodeado de obras por doquier. Vas al solarium y son dos tumbonas de madera con lamas rotas y que crujen y se te clavan astillas. Si vas a las zonas comunes, ten en cuenta que los dueños viven en la casa y vas a estar como en un airbnb. Utilizamos un cojín y vino la dueña , cual defensa del Athletic, diciendo " el cojín es personal y es de mi sitio". Sí están los dueños en la zona común recibirás todo tipo de miradas punzantes hasta que te vayas. Su frase preferida es que no limpian por el COVID, cuando por el virus hay que limpiar más... La limpieza brilla por su ausencia. Y por último, el desayuno, es la máquina de cámara café que tienes en la oficina, y nada más.

La chambre était propre. L'hôtel se trouve dans un quartier un peu zone... Le quartier est en cours de réhabilitation... Sinon l'hôtel est bruyant, on entend les chasses d'eau et les douches des clients qui font du bruit à n'importe quelle heure... Aucun respect pour les autres... Une nuit nous a suffit !

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig um die Altstadt und das Guggenheimmuseum zu Fuss zu erreichen. Garagenplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, aber es ist im Umkreis derzeit eine riesige Baustelle.

We wanted a reasonable hotel within walking distance of the city center. It was clean and in good condition although there was a lot of redevelopment going on in the area, but this did not cause any disturbance at all

Hyggelig lite hotell.

Hotellet ligger nær sentrum, men pga byggearbeid i nærheten, er det litt dårlig adkomst. Meget serviceminded og hjelpsom hotelleier i resepsjonen. Nyoppusset. Parkering i gate. Alt i alt et godt opphold.

Quiet but remote

The hotel is out of the centre of Bilbao but about 10-15 minute walk from Deustu metro station. There is not a lot around the hotel as it seemed a bit of a light industrial area. However, there seemed to be plenty of building going on so in a couple of years it could be an up and coming area. As for the hotel it was quiet and clean. Not the most luxurious but ok for a few nights. The staff were as helpful as they could be although one of the ladies on reception spoke no English so having conversations with her through the google translate app on her Ipad were quite amusing.
