This hotel is fantastic, very cool inside and out, and right across the street from the Worlds Fair Park & Downtown Knoxville. Our room with the Balcony was Perfect, couldn't ask for a better nighjt view or Sunrise over the river anywhere! Walked anywhere we needed to go and access to Campus, South & West Knoxville were very easy & within a few minutes drive. We'll definitely stay again next trip."

"Our experience on the houseboat was exceptional! The boat is in wonderful shape and made the perfect venue for our family during a University of Tennessee football weekend. We had plenty of space, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooftop party deck was a huge highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Communication with the owner was outstanding, and you can tell they’re very thoughtful with all the little amenities provided onboard. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to coming back again!"
