"Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"

The town is beautiful, and we were able to watch the sunset over the water from a seaside bar our first night. This apartment is cozy, clean, and very quiet. "Fantastic apartment, has everything you need and is very spacious. The apartment is in a courtyard that has many coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. There is a grocery store literally 20 seconds out the front door. There is a large alleyway that goes all the way to the train station (15 minutes), that has every kind of store you need and has fabulous shopping."

"We loved the views from place and large windows. It was quite and away from hustle and bustle yet steps to the town, restaurants, hiking trails and caffes. Paolo was super responsive, answered our questions so quickly and so helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom perfect. The shuttle to and from the train station can get full, so just be prepared to walk. We like walking so no problem for us. This spot was ideal for the 2 of us. It was great. Would highly recommend"

"We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."
