"The staff was so thoughtful and kind. I had called earlier because I knew we were going to be a late check in because of the concert we were attending. Traffic after the concert was so bad we were stuck in a parking lot for hours. It called again and the counter person on duty said our key was ready and waiting and not to stress. When we got there we walked right in. They gave us a key and asked if we needed any water or anything else after our stressful traffic experience. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We did not take advantage of breakfast but other guests told us how great it was. Front desk staff was once again very kind and helpful at check out. I would 100% stay here again. This will be the place my family stays when we visit Columbus."
