Halloween decorations are fantastic! The breakfast is at the minimum. No egg, no bacon, no sausage. Juice is water with color. Internet don't work in the bedroom. Staff is very helpful

First, all the staff we encountered were very helpful and polite. However, the reason we became so aquatinted was due to so many issues with the room. The room was not very clean. We had to get new bedding first thing. I don’t even want to discuss what was on the top cover and the comforter. The drywall in the bathroom had chunks from the ceiling falling into the tub. The AC didn’t adjust in either direction and was clearly worn out as it barely blew any air. The phone didn’t even work when we tried to call the front desk about our issues.

Jack was a great welcoming host at check-in. For cost conscious traveler this is a nice place to stay. Older property - remodeled but clean, bed comfortable and shower warm. Continental breakfast adequate.

Room could have used a new carpet and some updating, but it was very clean. Breakfast could have used some protein (eggs, bacon, sausage) but it did have a waffle iron, fresh fruit, cereal, and yogurt. The staff was super helpful. The manager took time to chat with guests in the breakfast room and on check-in. She had taken time to decorate for Christmas. I told the front desk that I was a light sleeper and to please not place me by a family with kids, and he took time to review who was staying in what rooms before giving me a nice, quite room where I got a good night's sleep. Really great staff.

Here's a more polished and professional version of your review: Writing It was a pleasant one-night stay overall, but we left with mixed feelings. We were warmly welcomed by the night receptionist, who was very polite and helpful. Even though the cafeteria was already closed, he kindly arranged a coffee for us upon request, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an interaction with another staff member at the reception. I believe her name was Stacy. At first, she was friendly and introduced herself. However, after some time, her behavior changed, and she began making inappropriate and racist remarks about India and the Indian community. We were deeply disappointed and uncomfortable. We even considered reporting the incident to the police, but after a long journey, we chose to leave the hotel without creating a confrontation. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all staff members are trained to treat every guest with respect and professionalism, regardless of their nationality or background. No guest should have to experience such behavior. This version is firm, factual, and more likely to be taken seriously by hotel management or on a public review site.
