The Quail
Great place! Large room great breakfast in the morning we were situated on the second floor right above the pond. It was fabulous.

Carmel Valley Ranch, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had the best lamb chops at dinner and "Jeff" in customer relations was amazing.

Big Sur Lodge
There was no a/c available. No t.v. available. The parking spaces were to small with limited space to open car doors. There was mold in the shower. The staff weren't that pleasant especially at the store. It seemed like they were bothered to help you.
