"Great service. I have multiple chemical sensitivity and get very sick from common fragrances and cleaning products. The staff cleaned my room with nontoxic alternatives before my arrival to accommodate me. The laundry products they use also left very little scent so I was able to stay safely. The staff were all helpful and kind. The room was clean and had everything we needed. My only suggestion is that they have some different pillow choices. The ones they have are way too thick and made it hard for me to sleep until I used blankets and towels for pillows instead."

During stay, there were a lot of kids of varius ages being kids..running, playing, being happy and a little noisy but staff understood that it's a New Year's Eve and allowed all people to enjoy themselves.
