"Absolutely the filthiest, most disgusting place I've ever stayed!!! Refrigerators (we had at least 2) leaked, filth on the floors, my daughter had a bug on her, my cats got sick. The cleanings ladies were very nice and they did their best but it needs to be razed to the ground. "

"The outside of the property was clean and no issues with parking. It was very evident the bedding had not been changed, the shower had hair all over the wall and chunks of body soap were on the floor walls. Long black hairs were in the sheets and on the pillows, very dirty. 5 AM the people above us started playing thumping music and partying, overall it was a terrible experience."

"Giovanna’s place is gorgeous. It is spacious, inviting and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony is stunning, beach in the background and the relaxing sound of the fountains on the lake are such a welcome sound after a day on the beach. Beds are very comfortable, so important. Kitchen has everything you could think of, it is truly like home. It is also perfectly located if you want to explore the area after a morning on the beach or pool. We especially liked going to the jetties for sunset and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.
