The app I was not able to download and had a little trouble figuring out where to find food (take out) from nearby restaurants and there was no printed guide to the area. The setting was nice. "It is a nice place… needs to be cleaned up a bit… all the windows and doors were dirty and the outside area needs to be cleaned, weeded ….pool area also. The summer season doesn’t really start for another 2 weeks, but needed to be spruced iup. Were told we had a view but it was all small trees and weeds in the way… it would not take much to clean it up. The fireplace was nice."
