"Stayed for a week with family. The host was responsive and the place was clean. A few minor things. Apparently the neighbors are a big problem so we were constantly worried that there would be an issue. This put us on edge the whole week. This was especially true since we couldn’t park in the garage (It’s too small for a full size SUV.) So as we were coming and going we felt uncomfortable that something we did would cause them to complain. The AC isn’t great upstairs so we were very warm at night but it was cool downstairs. The signs everywhere were a bit much...lots of rules about shoes and drinks and covering the furniture. And having an Amazon device in every room, even the bathroom, was odd. Otherwise the place was fine. Close to Denver, Boulder, Morrison/Red Rocks -all about 30 minutes but if you’re looking to explore further (Colorado Springs or Rocky Mountain National Park) that’s between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. We’re from the NYC area and we were surprised at the fact that the area has a LOT of traffic at most days/times not just during rush hour as you’d expect. Just some things to consider-location wise. "
