Being our first time renting through VRBO we appreciated that the host was very commutative walking us through and letting us know ahead of an issue with the water filter, which was manageable. Overall good experience, good location and would recommend it."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the lake is absolutely stunning, and the area is peaceful, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. If you enjoy being on the water, the beach for swimming is just a short drive away, plus there is boating and kayaking available nearby too.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were clean and comfortable, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time. I especially enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the porch before heading out for the day's activities. Overall, we had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful lake views."

"I spent 3 nights with my 13 year old son and we had a great time. The fishing was tremendous and kept my son entertained for hours. The property was clean, comfortable, quiet, and very relaxing. Port Rowan is a quaint little town with everything you could need within a two minute drive. Turkey Point and Port Dover are short scenic drives that are worth exploring. Overall, the whole experience was an ideal location to spend quality undistracted time with my son. I look forward to visiting again."

"Great spot to explore a beautiful area. We wish we had more time to enjoy. The cottage was very nice and just enough room for the three of us to be comfortable. Quick walk to the beach, quick drive for pickle fries. Would recommend."

"The property is really nice and well taken care of. Kitchen had everything we needed plus more. BBQ worked great as did the sauna which was a nice treat. We were a bit early in the season for the beach but it is only a short walk away as advertised. Lovely deck with lots of seating if you have guests."
