My only issue was that there was basically no air conditioning, and the rooms rely on open windows. It was fine during my visit, but I could see it getting very hot in warmer weather. "We stayed 3 nights and we were excited to be at the hotel. Found the places noted in the pictures were common areas (hotel entrance and staircase). Those were charming and beautiful. Our room was in the other building which looked like a super 8. Drab, plain entrance, hallways and room. Our carpet had huge stains in it. We were disappointed with the room as we expected a charming space. The front desk staff were very unhelpful. Didn’t get up from their back desk to talk to you at the counter, rattled off locations for the bus without any context, didn’t have maps of the area, suggestions of where to eat and couldn’t be bothered to help in any way. Out of 3 nights out room was we cleaned once other than new towels. The location is good but I would recommend the Marriot instead. I chose this one as I thought the rooms would have some personality but the Marriot will likely have better service, similar location and their pictures of the rooms seemed accurate."
