The two young people that cleaned the rooms were very respectful and there were lots of little personal touches that really made our stay special. I had an amazing stay at Secret Garden Beach Resort in Koh Samui! The room was beautiful, modern, and very private, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant had delicious, reasonably priced food, and if you want to explore, there are plenty of other great eating options nearby, including convenience stores like 7-Eleven just steps away.
The beach is absolutely stunning, with easy access right from the resort. The front desk helped us book day trips to nearby islands, making everything smooth and hassle-free—they know which piers to use and provide good prices, which is such a time-saver.
While I would have loved kayak rentals nearby, and jet skis and hydroboards are pricey (though fun to watch!), the massages were very reasonable, and the pool is cute, even if most people will spend their time on the beach.
The hotel decor is gorgeous, and walking through the property feels like stepping into a lush, peaceful oasis. The bathrooms were beautiful, and the free breakfast was excellent—no need to pre-order, just enjoy it when you’re ready.
The staff went above and beyond, including helping my group get to a day trip on short notice, which was amazing. The casual, relaxed vibe of the resort makes it feel welcoming and stress-free.
Overall, this resort offers great value, stunning beach access, excellent food, and amazing staff. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui!"
"Everything was excellent! The view from our room overlooking the pool and sea was amazing. The pool is much bigger in person than in the photos, and the room itself was very nice and tidy. Even though the property is on a road with hotels, bars, and restaurants nearby, you can’t hear a thing once inside the room. Some people mention the planes flying overhead, but it’s minimal (about once every 30 minutes) and honestly quite cool to see. Would definitely recommend!
The only minor issue (which was rectified) was that the restaurant waiter didn’t know they could facilitate halal meat if told in advance."

It was a short cab ride to Fisherman's village which we liked. And the area was relatively quiet which we also liked."
"I really enjoyed my stay and even booked an additional night stay. Only a couple of minor issues. One was easily corrected, the second issue was upon check in i was given an email for a free coconut. The manager explained that was the previous ownerships offer and wasnt included. Pretty odd outcome, but honestly everyone amd everything was splendid. Will return! Great job"
