Cute place, terrible customer service

Most of the trouble really started with VRBO, up until check in day I could not log in to chat with the owner and it would not display messages. Very odd.When we arrived there was no one on the property that spoke english, when we asked how to check in, finally was able to log in and chat with the owner- I don’t believe he spoke english either, as all he sent was the same autogenerated responses and didn’t answer my questions. More odd.Lastly the fan didn’t work and there was no AC just a heater… but the jacuzzi was cool.

Don't rent this cabin

When I arrived I asked for the Cabin number, since they sent me the code to open the door, the one i was assigned to, did not have a keypad it was a regular lock. I sent a message, no one replied since Wednesday until now. Good thin my friend found the keys under the door carpet. The restroom door is broken, i got locked in several times, my friend had to help me. The bed feels like you're sleeping on a rock. They have a very small portable electric grill but does not work, takes 1 hr to cook an egg. AC Is just a Fan not cold air. Thank you

OLD

Old not maintained. Power was out 24hrs of our stay. Thank God we purchased wood for the fire place oe we would've frozen. We were disappointed no one made contact with us to communicate about the power situation. We had to all the city ourselves to find out.

Multiple failures

Poor maintenance, need emergency phone number, English speakers for assistance and useless office. Never found employees there.Literally to walk around and search for hep. Unfortunately electrical failure in Town, no offer to compensate for inability entire second day unit couldn’t be used. Never again.

Crooked stay

Arrival was not what the photos & description stated. We had no bathroom linens nor anything to cook on the hot plates with. Why even have them! Two bbq cooking utensils and we were informed to purchase the pot and cooking utensil, that they would deduct or pay us back. I have the receipt from the local market. Which we did, then they claimed they couldn’t find the pot! She was supposed to have the cleaning team check again since I told her where I placed it when I left and would get back to me. Needless to say she has not and when I tried to send her a message, she has not returned my message. Not shocking! The Bed was old with springs and broken, it sunk inward the middle. We sat at the end to put our shoes on and it fell in (given it wasn’t held up at the bottom AND it was two twins slid together and held underneath with 2x4 boards stacked like jenga! I have photos! The curtain on the window wall by the indoor jacuzzi tub was cut and had a strip of of window where we could see out so I am sure people could see in. The carport and front of the cabin was just there. There was a piece of the floor in the bathroom that was missing and the board between the hallway and the bathroom floor that connects the two different floor materials was totally broken so every time we walked and stepped on it, it came off. They stated that they would move us to another property with a vacancy, which was nice but the reviews stated pretty much the same as this one plus spider webs! NTY
