*Take all trash to Big Bear Disposal: 41974 Garstin Dr
*Leave used towels in the bathroom (don’t strip beds)
*Turn off jacuzzi jets, lights, and set heat to 65°F
*Close and lock all windows and doors
*Lock front door upon exit
*Clean Barbecue if used
*It is your responsibility to make sure the property is secure and safe upon any time you exit and leave.

PET POLICY: 2 dogs max (with approval) $75/day fee/per dog. Unauthorized pets : $150/day fine. Fur on furniture/bedding: $250 cleaning fee ENFORCED
Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. Evidence and smell will result in a $500 USD charge for deodorizing
