The gorgeous, open concept living space features a large sectional couch to seat your group, with lake views, gas fireplace, and smart tv all within sight. Your fully equipped kitchen is steps away, complete with stainless steel appliances, Keurig, toaster, blender, and full suite of cookware. When you aren’t grabbing a bite to eat at one of the many local spots nearby, enjoy convenient meals at the dining table set for 6. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bar, perfect for quick bites and morning coffee.
This home sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #3 is a studio separated from the rest of the home, accessible on the ground level through the garage.
Bedroom #1 is a bunk bed room with a total of 3 full size beds and 1 twin size bed, as well as a smart TV.
Bedroom #2 has a king size bed overlooking the lake and a private balcony, plus a smart TV.
Bedroom #3 features lake views from the queen size bed, private patio, fireplace, wet bar with coffee maker and fridge, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Studio separated from the rest of the home and is accessible on the ground floor through the garage for your privacy.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.
-You must be 25 or older to reserve this property. Individuals under the age of 25 who book this home may have their reservations canceled or interrupted without the option of a refund.
- To ensure compliance with local city regulations, every individual, regardless of age (including infants and children), is included in the total occupancy count. Reservations exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy for this property cannot be accepted.

Immersed in nature, this little village provides all the best of lake life in the mountains of the San Bernardino National Forest. The recreational activities in this area, such as hiking, biking, skiing, and fishing, maintain Mother Nature as the premier attraction, although shopping, dining, and live entertainment can be enjoyed in The Village.
This location is ideal for its close proximity to the lake, but it is also conveniently near Big Bear Mountain Resort with thrilling ski runs in the winter and serviced mountain biking, the Scenic Sky Chair, and 9 holes of golf to enjoy during the offseason. The resort is less than 10 minutes away with 26 lifts, 55 runs, and options for every experience level. Non-skiers can get their thrill with high-speed tubing down the slopes. Big Bear’s 3 snowtubing locations (Alpine Slide, Big Bear Snow Play, and Grizzly Ridge Tube Park) are equipped with moving walkways which carry you to the top of the tubing runs. These fun-filled locations feature year-round options as well with summer tubing, mountain coaster ride, ropes course, waterslides, and more.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging. For stays of 28 days or more a mid-stay clean is mandatory and the fee is $170.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires in-person check-in with a valid ID and agreement of the Good Neighbor Policy from the person who made the reservation. This is not optional, and you can incur a minimum $500 fine from the City of Big Bear Lake if you ignore this step. Thank you for keeping us compliant.

This condo was beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. Lots of room to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Beds were nice and comfy and the lake views were beautiful. Perfect location right by the village in Big Bear.
Had a great experience staying here with our family of four. The location is amazing with great views on the lake. The host (Jennifer) was super friendly and helpful. If we had any questions she responded right away and even dropped things off to help. Highly recommended and we hope to be back soon.

The design of this 3 bedroom condo is a little quirky, but it worked great for my family of four and our son-in-law.We all had plenty of space, with the studio apartment accessed through the garage.The shops and restaurants of Big Bear Village are an easy walk from the property, and skiing is an easy drive through town. We would definitely stay here again.
This home is more spacious than the pictures show. The kitchen had plenty of storage space and utensils/cookware. The upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. There were plenty of full restrooms which is really nice. The view is incredible and we enjoyed the outdoor space close to the water for the kids to play and make a snowman. The trash dumpster is in front of the property so very convenient. The property management communicated the day of and responded quickly via text to answers any questions we had. We’d love to come back and stay here again.
Stay was wonderful, there was a hiccup with one of the appliances but it was quickly coordinated and resolved the next day. Very family friendly, quiet neighbors, stone throw away from Big Bear village and not to mention the lake access was so convenient. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. That communication with the company is a very big deal for me. Knowing that I can reach the manager and have issues resolved right away is a big indicator of how this company works. Overall, my family and I enjoyed and made priceless memories. I am excited to stay here again.
Adler's Nest is a wonderful condo rental! It's walking distance to the Big Bear Lake main strip. This condo was clean and very well situated for our group of five. We enjoyed the larger couch in the main space, and they have installed wonderful blackout blinds for the bedroom sliding doors. We really liked having the dock access for our kayaks.
Beautiful home. Impressively well stocked, open and spacious layout, tasteful decorated, nice lake view. Really loved the auto roll down blinds and blackout feature in the sleeping areas. Quiet, safe, family friendly. Easy check-in. Very well stocked and clean. Short walk to The Village. Fun, quiet, relaxing, long family weekend in the mountains. Highly recommend.
We were thoroughly happy with the choice. The place was clean and immaculately. Jennifer was on top of every message request we sent. She was very respectful and communicative. Definitely we will have contact her for future plans.
We had a great stay. The home is comfortable, the kitchen is nicely stocked with utensils, etc. wonderful view of the lake and walk into town. Location is great. one suggestion is to notify renters: Once the reservation is made, you will receive two emails. One email from Good Welcome which asks for rental agreement and Big Bear Neighbor agreement. The second email from Truvi which requires a drivers license and photo for verification. I was initially Leary about the email asking for copy of drivers license and photo. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay.
Before we even left for Big Bear, the properties manager let me know the condo would be available early. She was in constant contact over the weekend for any questions.
This property has ample parking and is only 2 blocks from the Village. So nice to be able to walk home after a nice dinner.

A few very long time friends joined us for the Fourth of July celebration, of course you can’t beat this location on the lake for viewing, And walking to the village so close. The condo had everything we needed in terms of cooking etc. I would highly recommend the condo !
My husband and I took the downstairs room for ourselves that had its own fireplace and small kitchenette and bathroom perfectly private with its own entrance, would highly recommend
