Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Guests are responsible for taking all trash to the city's trash site: 41970 Garstin Dr. ($25 per bag if trash is left at the property.) Turn off the A/C upon leaving. Set spa temperature to 90°F.
Wash all dishes, place in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Empty the refrigerator of personal food and beverages. Leave host-provided full-size amenities and unused supplies at the property.
Turn off the BBQ and Firepit propane tanks if used. Clear fireplace ashes into designated container if fireplace used. Report any damage or broken items to the host before departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There are 2 designated parking spaces in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not permitted.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. No parties or events. No gatherings exceeding the property's maximum occupancy. No disruptive or excessive noise.
No spa use from 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Please rinse Excessive contamination requiring the spa to be drained and refilled may result in a $100 service fee.
