THE SPACE
The main living areas are designed around the lake, with beautiful waterfront views from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The home's log-inspired design, spacious layout, and wood-burning fireplace create a comfortable mountain setting for larger families and groups.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, bar seating, and views toward Big Bear Lake. The connected dining and living spaces make it easy for everyone to gather while meals are being prepared.

Multiple balconies extend the living space outdoors across three levels of the home. Two bedrooms feature private balconies with lake views, including the primary suite and third-floor loft bedroom.

The oversized game room provides another gathering space with a pool table, shuffleboard table, additional sleeping arrangements, and plenty of room for entertainment.

Outside, relax in the private hot tub, spend time along the lakefront, or enjoy the private boat dock and beach access. Canvasback Cove is also home to abundant waterfowl, and guests may enjoy watching wildlife from the property throughout their stay.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

EV Charging
The home includes a Blink Level 2 EV charger rated at 240V and 32 amps.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Lake Access
Guests may enjoy direct lakefront access, beach access, and use of the private boat dock, subject to current lake conditions and seasonal water levels. Kayaks may be pulled up to the beach or dock. Launching motorized or non-motorized boats from the property is not permitted.

Water levels change seasonally and may affect dock access. Photos may not reflect current conditions, and the dock may not accommodate all boats.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy and applicable local vacation rental regulations.
