The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all trash with you to the local dumpsite at 39690 Big Bear Blvd. This is a city law due to the large wildlife population. All Big Bear Lake guest required to take their trash with them.
Turn off all lights, TV’s, and arcade. All thermostats must be set back to 55 degrees Fahrenheit if you changed it. 5. Please check jacuzzi is set back to 80 degrees.
Please double check all doors, screens and windows are locked, except for the front door handle lock. Please leave that one unlocked since there is no key. Please close gate when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
Every guest must take their own trash to the trash site that is less than a mile from house. Please do not leave trash outside. $25 fee per bag left.
Mountain areas have unpredictable weather. We don’t offer refunds due to rain/snow. We do offer refunds if roads are closed and no way up the mountain
DISCLAIMER: If you show up with pets without out prior knowledge will be fined $250 If you do not pay the fine, then immediate evicted with no refund.
