This stunning private residence boasts a blend of contemporary design fused with rustic charm. Built in 2018, the cabin has 3 bedrooms / 2 baths & 1 AMAZING LOCATION!

Property is a single story, single family home, 1352 sq. ft interior space. Equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, room, outdoor space with BBQ, jacuzzi, & game room!

Sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably:

Bedroom #1 has 1 King bed, en-suite bathroom, closet

Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen bed, closet, 55” TV

Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin beds, closet, 55” TV

Living room has a large sectional couch, gas fireplace, board games, 65" TV (twin air mattress available)

Game Room (located within garage) has a sit down arcade game + shuffleboard + pool table!

Fireplace runs off gas, clean & easy.

Pets weighing < 25 lbs are permitted for a $150 fee.

Due to the mountain climate in Big Bear, most homes (including ours) do not have air conditioning. We do have central heating & ceiling fans in each room.

NEWS ALERT… you are coming to the mountains! Prepare for weather & occasional power outages. Carry snow chains in the winter & always check road conditions before heading up.

We stayed at this Big Bear cabin from December 19–21, 2025, with two adults, two kids (12 and 13), and our dog, and we really enjoyed our stay.We loved the size and layout of the house — the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms were perfect for our family. The gourmet kitchen was beautiful and very well-equipped, and the airy living room with the gas fireplace made the space cozy and inviting (and the fireplace was very easy to use).The fenced backyard was a huge plus for our dog, and the game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, and darts kept the kids entertained. The cabin is in a quiet location, with a short walk to the lake and nearby snow play areas, which was ideal.Overall, a fantastic cabin for a family getaway — we would definitely stay here again.
