Trash must be taken to Clean Bear Site #1 located at 41970 Garstin Rd., Big Bear Lake. $35 fee per bag of trash left.
Remove ashes from fireplace and dispose of them in the silver metal can on front porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
