Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay, very close to the lifts. Cabin is well equipped with kitchen ware, tv in living room and both rooms. Just to mention probably there is a problem with the heating system because it was cold in the living room and in one of the rooms. Master room was OK. I started checking the air vents to be open but did not work. There is a sign saying the sofa bed is broken and you should not used as a bed, you will pay for it if you open it and falls apart, I think it should be replaced instead of having that sign.

The townhouse was clean a well kept. Basic items such as dish soap were not available unfortunately, so we had to make due with what we had. The description of the property didn’t indicate the check in process of going to the office. This could be added to help future renters.

Great Location

I really enjoyed out time in Big Bear. This condo was perfect for us. It was comfortable, clean and had most everything we needed. I would definitely book this location again. As a host myself, I have a couple of critiques that may help your property stand out. The patio was pretty rough. Maybe a quick spruce up of the chairs and cobwebs would be a great amenity. Also, we got rained out of our rides so some board games would have been great to have available. I am not sure if you had change the wifi, but it was not great at all. We also struggled with the t.v. It kept scrambling and losing volume. These are small things and would make a difference to a guest when their trip changes based on the weather. :) Thanks for letting us stay in your condo, we had a really good time. Tina Frank

Great location, good layout

Backs up to back trial which was perfect for Mtb and could see how easy it was snow as well. It was larger than we expected. As I had family we had several questions and the prop manager either picked up calls immediately or called/emailed back within minutes. To have human call and discuss was excellent. We go to big bear in summer and winter and this will be our go to spot.
