Bedroom 1:
Features a comfortable queen size bed, flat screen TV, sitting chair, closet with hangers and beautiful views of the lake.

Bedroom 2:
Features a comfortable queen size bed, flat screen TV, desk with chair, closet with hangers, and beautiful views of the lake.

Bedroom 3:
This is the loft upstairs that features two queen size beds, a sofa sleeper (Not a pull out), two flat screen tv's, a full bathroom, and beautiful views of the lake.

Living Room:
Our cozy living room has beautiful lake views from every window, a comfy sofa, a huge flat screen tv, a pellet fireplace, bar top with 3 chairs, and it leads to our deck outside.

Kitchen:
Our gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook amazing home made meals. It features stainless steel appliances, and has a small seating area with two bar stools, and more lake views.

Coffee Station:
Features a Keurig coffee machine with k-cups. We also have a normal drip coffee machine with pot underneath the counter. K-Cups included.

Dining Room:
Small dining table which seats 4 people with beautiful lake views.

Game Room:
Pinball arcade machine, Pacman Arcade machine, oversized Jenga, oversized Connect 4, sofa with photo wall, bar top with 3 barstools & amazing lake views, Mini fridge, and large flat screen TV.

We had a lovely stay at Boulder Bay. It’s beautifully situated and well appointed with amenities! The host was helpful and welcoming! The only thing I’d recommend that would make it all the more ideal is availability of a kayak or paddle board and life preservers for use at the property.
