Ursa Major is what you're looking for. About one and a half miles from the resort, but tucked away from the main traffic! You'll be minutes to all the necessities and located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear. Enjoy beautiful views from the spacious deck and spend time with loved ones in the open floorplan living room, dining room, and kitchen.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1800+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful river rock gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. This home also has air conditioning for those warmer months!

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. The downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and shared attached bath. The downstairs third bedroom has two twin/twin bunk beds, TV, and a shared attached bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Breakfast bar, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Enjoy a little competition on the brand new shuffleboard! Relax in air conditioned bliss during warmer months! Board games and card games. TVs with cable and fast WiFi. Washer dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Wraparound deck with incredible mountain views, outdoor furniture, and a propane barbecue. Play a fun game of cornhole in the yard!

Other things to note: Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
