"Everything was as expected. It was nice to have a fenced yard with pets. The main street is close by so it is a little noisy at times but plenty of food places within walking distance. Property is close to the board walk that runs by the lake with a beautiful sunset. Plenty of hiking trails close by."

"A cute spot and good experience except how extremely hot upstairs is, AC only cools down the stairway which is inconvenient in the summer heat. Nice stay with our kids and dogs. Backyard was cool, used jacuzzi, fire pit, and BBQ. Overall a good stay."

"Worked for our family of 4 (2 teenage boys) and 2 pugs. Smooth check in and easy to find (slow down to make the turn off the 18). Good communication with owner. Love the back yard for our pups and the jacuzzi and propone fire actually worked!! Deck in front was great for drying towels. Some road noise due to proximity, but not a big deal for us. Peaceful in the backyard and not a lot of neighborhood action. Beds are comfortable (watch your skins while maneuvering around the bed in the right bedroom). Bathroom and kitchen small but very functional - faucets deliver water FAST so turn on cautiously. Plenty of pots/pans and extras like tin foil (thank you). Very comfortable and convenient for our hiking needs. Will stay again."

"This property is a hidden gem! What a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. Beautiful garden with towering redwood trees to relax and enjoy, every amenity available to us to use at our leisure, very comfortable bed and pillows, very welcoming and thoughtful staff and a great breakfast. I can't say enough...it truly was perfect! As far as we are concerned, there couldn't possibly be any better place to stay in Big Bear and we cannot wait to return and stay again!"
