"We had a very nice stay at the hotel and I would absolutely recommend it. It is located in an ideal spot in the city close to the train station and most tourist attractions with Depot and Sonnevelde House literally next door. The staff were extremely helpful when we had a few requests and were a credit to the hotel. My only small gripe is that there aren’t enough staff on at breakfast so certain options would run out quite often. The staff were rushed off their feet and still extremely helpful but they need more help. Overall I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again if we visit Rotterdam."

"Fantastic location if you are going to the cruise port the next day. The public transportation stop is across the street from the hotel. You can use a credit card board. You only need go two stops. Once you get off you walk two or so blocks. You can see the gigantic terminal building. The hotel was nice, clean and there are many restaurants in the immediate area, mostly Mediterranean."
