"Clean room"

"The rules smells like animals. The rooms are not clean and there's roaches, it's not safe there. That's what it feels like when I ask them to change my room. They wouldn't find me That's the worst place. "

"Parking was great, but it’s an older hotel. Our door didn’t close all the way, but still locked and everything. We could hear the upstairs guests being super loud. Other than that, it was okay. "

"I booked a room with a roll-in shower. When I got to the hotel I double checked TWICE with staff to ensure it was the correct room type. The girl looked at me like I was dumb and said yes and charged my card. It was NOT the correct room. This began a 4+ hour long inconvenience. I go tell them they gave me the wrong room and the correct one is needed because that is what I paid for and they proceed to ask why I need the roll-in shower. They tell me there is not rooms available and proceed to as again. They tell me there’s no other rooms and that the only other one is a king bed but that it wasn’t ready yet. That it wouldn’t be ready for another 2 hours. I said that’s fine and they looked at me weird because I was fine sharing a bed with my brother and they were still not wanting to correct their mistake. They basically said we are not allowed to wait in their large lobby for the room til it’s ready and to get a hotel room elsewhere or they can put a shower chair in the current room which wouldn’t solve the issue for my brothers disability. They were unreasonable and wouldn’t allow me to wait for the room I already paid for until I said they need to give me an immediate full refund or allow us to wait for the room. The manager then purposely mixed what I said. fridge & microwave don’t work. When we came back at the time it was supposed to be ready manager says they’re gonna start to clean right now. Took an extra 1 hr for them to clean it. Was Promised a discount didn’t get it"

"Staff is friendly. Location is convenient. Breakfast is not that good.. Skipped it most of my stay and had to buy from outside. A weird smell in the room.. wasn't sure of the cause."
