We had our two daughters with us (19 and 25), the bedrooms were a little tight, but we understood that would be the case when we booked. The check-in process was a bit tedious (first time I've had to send pictures of the water and electric meter before and after a stay). The architecture and decor of the apartment was well thought out and probably the highlight for us. The only negative part of our stay was the bugs...

Leider war das angekündigte Wlan-Netzwerk nicht zu erreichen, was auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage an den Vermieter über die gesamten 10 Tage unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben wurde."

"The appartment is very spacy, clean, well equipped and also very cosy. Due to the wooden blinds and the stone floor the appart was still cool while outside temperatures of 32 degrees and hence very suitable for dogs. The garden is also very large and has a magnificent view on the lake and mountains."

Tiefgarage und Zufahrt zu Germasino sehr eng, aber auch mit Audi A6 machbar. Mit Übung ist braucht man mit dem Auto weniger als 10min bis nach Dongo / Gravedonna ans Seeufer bzw. zu einem Supermarkt. "We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s apartment. It was even nicer in person than in the photos. The view of the lake was amazing from all the windows, it's amazing to have a shower with a view. We had some rainy days while we were there, but we didn’t mind too much because you could just sit and watch the lake from the huge windows in the living room, and also from the balcony that has a small roof so you can step out there even in rainy weather. "Good communication with Christian @ happy home rentals, a large apartment, a 2 seater couch was a shame but ok. we missed ventilators / airco so with 30+ degrees was very uncomfortable in the evenings.
