In the Milady residential area, south of Biarritz, enjoying a dominant position, the duplex apartment is equipped with two bedrooms, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a living - dining room and a shower room.
The terrace, located to the west, enjoying an ocean view, is equipped with an electric blind and it is possible to eat there for 4 people and in complete privacy since it is not overlooked.
A closed individual garage allows parking without any inconvenience (except 4x4 and large station wagons)
Near the Milady (650 meters) and Marbella beaches, the Ilbarritz golf course (5 minutes by car), the surf and ocean museum and a thalassotherapy and gym center (600 meters) . Biarritz town center is 2 km away. A free shuttle is in place, in summer, through the town hall to reach the city center; the stop located not far from the residence.
The Basque-style residence is on a human scale (28 apartments), separated into 2 small buildings and is at a dead end. Tranquility assured.

Milady apartment, Biarritz is a lovely little apartment, a sea-view, beautifully decorated, well -equipped and clearly well loved by its owners as everything had been thought of to make our stay very comfortable indeed. A great shower, efficient central heating, really nice crockery and furnishings and car parking. It was only a short walk to the beach for surf lessons, Ocean City interactive museum and a great play-park near the beach restaurant, all ideal for our active 7 year old. The excellent seafood at La Plancha beach restaurant is just a 15 minute walk away and Biarritz centre is about 25 minutes walk (possibly quicker without children?!)

We much enjoyed our stay at the Milady even so the rental is located down the bottom of a slope which is difficult to manage for a person with mobility issues so a car is essential to access the amenities especially as there are no shops nearby. Otherwise, it was excellent !

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cet appartement très soigné, bien décoré et très bien équipé. L'appartement est très agréable avec une vue sur l'océan plus belle qu'attendu. Le propriétaire a accepté et nous l'en remercions que nous prenions notre petite chienne de 5 mois, suite au décès dramatique de notre king charles. Notre petite chienne a malencontreusement fait pipi la veille du départ sur le revêtement en coco de la mezzanine, ce qui a laissé une tache avant notre départ. Nous l'avons immédiatement déclaré lors du check-out. Le propriétaire était très mécontent et a débité EUR 350 de frais sur notre carte sans même avoir essayé de faire nettoyer la tache avec un produit approprié. Nous sommes évidemment désolés du désagrément mais trouvons le montant excessif. Nous avons eu d'autres échanges par la suite pour suivre l'évolution mais il semble que nous ne serons pas remboursés. Le propriétaire nous dit que même de l'eau peut tacher le coco. Est-ce dès lors un revêtement approprié pour une chambre destinée à des enfants/ados?

Appartement tres cosy et tres bien equipe (machine a cafe nespresso, vaiselle, lave-vaisselle, lave linge). Cet appartement correspondait a nos attentes, avec un petit coin mezzanine pour les enfants (les miens ont adore!), terrasse avec vue sur la mer, et a proximite de la plage Milady. Nous avons beaucoup aime notre sejour et avons hate d'y revenir un jour.

Bien sûr! Voici un exemple de commentaire pour un Airbnb : --- Nous avons passé de superbes vacances avec mes copines dans cet Airbnb. La localisation est parfaite, à seulement quelques minutes de la plage. L'appartement était impeccable, très propre et bien entretenu. De plus, il y avait beaucoup de matériel utile pour la vie quotidienne, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un hébergement confortable et pratique près de la plage!

Wir fanden das Appartement und die Lage perfekt auch die Begrüßung von Valerie war sehr freundlich mit ausführlichen Informationen. Was uns jedoch gestört hat waren 60€ für die Reinigung das fanden wir überhöht. Wir sind sehr ordentlich und haben uns gefragt wie lange man um 60€ putzt.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen, schick. Die Einrichtung sowie das Inventar sind mehr als vollständig. Es war vor allem in der Küche alles vorhanden was man brauch. Die Aussicht auf den Atlantik.... herrlich. Der Check in war super. Valerie kam uns bei der Wohnungsübergabe sehr entgegen! Danke. Auch war Valerie schnell erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Au calme dans une impasse, avec vue magnifique sur l océan et le coucher de soleil. A proximité de la plage et des arrêts de bus, il est possible de laisser sa voiture au parking et presque tout faire sans!

Nous avons passe une agreale semaine en famille, les enfants etant surtout attires par l'ocean, a 10min a pied de l'appartement. Celui-ci, bien que pas tres spacieux, est tres bien agence, bien equippe et decore avec gout. Nous avons apprecie la vue sur l'ocean et les couchers de soleil, ainsi que la relative proximite du centre ville (en bus). Le seul bemol fut la proximite de la station d'assainissement qui, selon la direction du vent, rend l'utilisation du balcon assez desagreable, ce qui n'etait pas indique dans l'annonce. Valerie, qui s'est occupee de notre accueil et notre depart, etait tres sympatique avec de bonnes recommandations.

Très bonne location, appartement très propre et conforme à l'annonce. Environnement très calme mais assez proche du centre de Biarritz. Jolie vue sur l'océan, proximité des plages accessibles facilement, parking facile et gratuit. Je recommande sans hésiter.
