"We stayed here for 4 nights. Excellent staff, service from Akash and other staff members is best. Family friendly place, located in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast every morning is fresh and of good quality. Don’t hesitate if you are tired and want to eat at the hotel instead of going out. Morning live flute performance in the back yard (a small garden) is pleasant. The staff arranged nice fire in the backyard for our new year family celebration. "I hate to give 2 stars to such a good property with good rooms , excellent heritage vibes and with all facilities but staff and service was terrible. As we entered our luggage was unloaded and brought to our room for more than an hr. Room phones werent working so had to go to desk to get internet started. Anything you request from staff and front desk would take forever to be entertained even breakfast service the waiter forgot our orders and vallet service is non existent.
I wish this facility...

"We stayed at this hotel from 31/07/25 to 03/08/25 and had a wonderful experience. The ambience and décor are truly amazing…you have to see them in detail to fully appreciate the beauty. The rooms are spacious with a very good shower.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and respectful, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and we chose to have dinner at the hotel as well. The food was delicious, with a traditional style that we thoroughly enjoyed.
Overall, a memorable stay with warm hospitality and excellent service."
"Booked this hotel for my husband’s solo trip and he was greeted with a warm reception from two lovely young ladies. When he dined at the hotel restaurant, service was excellent — Chef Harshit specially came out to engage my husband, understand his food allergy and made him a tailored dish. "We had a great stay at Jas Vilas for the 3 nights we were in Jaipur. The staff were exceptional and very welcoming. The location of hotel is ideal and is easy to get dropped off/ picked up. The food was great and reasonably priced. Lovely pool and overall a nice peaceful stay. They even helped us get our phone back after we left it in a taxi. "

"It was comfortable, the highlight was the home cooked food, first if all there were quite a lot of options (all vegetarian though, except for eggs and cheese), the fruit salad was quite good with things like pineapple and pomegranates, in all id say its a great menu as it gives plenty of choices you feel you want to take a break from local spicy food.
I slept very well, good aircon and they were very kind to inform me i had left behind my tablet after checking out, so i could retrieve it. And they made me sandwiches to go too.
It is a rustic local hotel with local charm, its clean and cosy. The only thing id improve are some fixtures like taps but thats a minor and tiny point"
